Latin American Public Policy Experts Guide

The last two decades of reforms have produced a notable increase in the number of Latin American public policy experts. The expanding body of theoretical and practical knowledge emanating from such experts could be useful in improving the standards of living in this region. However, much of this human capital remains untapped. By increasing the exposure of such professionals who specialize in public policy vis-à-vis Latin America, Atlas Economic Research Foundation hopes to create a virtuous and competitive process resulting in higher incentives to improve specialization and the quality of research and applied solutions.
