The Inter Region Economic Network (IREN) is organizing a Pan Africa Workshop on Service Delivery to Small Holder Farmers (May 18 – 21, 2008). IREN is inviting farmers, industry players, media, academia and health experts from Africa to discuss how best the continent can exit dependency and be prosperous through commercializing agricultural ideas .
